how to embracing life | chapter 2, Sports


why i do an embracing life? the purpose is about finding joy, no matter how hard life it is. meet again with hope that i ever forgot and sometimes, just simply to find my feeling better.


and i do it though sports. i do Yoga, i do Badminton and sometimes i do running, even it often i do walking. every times after, i always found my mind brighter and my feeling better. no matter how hard my day is.


i know that life almost asking us for surviving everyday. sometimes everyday feels like our long term term battlefield. sometimes we too tired to made a day or not ready to face the people around us.


but, we can’t settle for mediocre. so we have to stand alive, stay positive and appreciate every single happiness. and yes, i feel it when i do sport. my body getting wet, but i’m happy. sometimes when i do some mistakes while playing badminton, i laughing. i know that not every inch on life i have to doing perfect, or flawless. the mistakes i do while doing sports give me an excitement, because i believe that i can do better. i can set my self free. it’s okay to made some mistakes, i can try it again.


a wise man ever told me, “the rich people in the world always do 3 things : praying, gratitude and doing sports.” i think it’s kinda right. because i found my self fulfill when i get balanced out 3 of it :)
